The apartment completely renovated is located in Costa Trex, a few kilometers from Assisi. Immersed in the park of Mount Subasio, is a place where you can find the contact with nature and breathe an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility. The site overlooks the valleys crossed by the river Tescio and is dominated by the Subasio Mount. What we have to offer is a return to the natural simplicity and the rediscovery of forgotten sensations: listen to the silence, hear the voice of the wind, enjoy a night sky amplified by the absence of light pollution, stimulate the sense of smell with the smells and scents of we lost memory. All just a few miles (5 km.) from artistic and religious sites of global significance. In September onwards, you can help in the harvesting and preparation of magical wine, while in November you can participate in the olive harvest and the wonderful production of an olive oil among the best there is. And throughout the year you can take an active part in the cultivation of products from our garden. Upon your arrival you will be greeted by the owners who will be at your disposal for any information and request, and will advise the places of Umbria to visit and taste the specialties.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin (but it can be double as well), and a large sofa bed, for a total of 6 beds. This makes it ideal for families with children or small groups of people. The two rooms, furnished in an original way, are represented by two colors.

The Pink bedroom.
This color expresses the ability to identify yourself with others, emphasizing the emotional part of the individual. Enhances creativity and imagination, making the charming person. Symbol of the synthesis of opposites and symbol of transformation. This room is furnished with a clever mix between modernism and new is ideal for the search for creative and emotional stimulation. In addition, from the balcony of the room you can admire the view of the valley.

The Blue bedroom.
This color creates harmony and balance. The blue has the right to develop creativity and communication. Conveys the idea of ​​calmness, helping meditation and extroversion. It stimulates sleep, favoring the lowering of blood pressure. This room full of color and furnished in a lively and brilliant way is ideal for researching a communication imaginative and exciting.

From June 15 to September 14, you can enjoy the nearby swimming pool surrounded by greenery of the Parco del Monte Subasio.

Sentieri

Dall'appartamento sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi alcuni sentieri francescani che, in una atmosfera di intensa spiritualità, attraversano il monte Subasio per scoprire da vicino le meraviglie naturali che circondano questo luogo incantevole. I percorsi sentieristici che interessano il Parco del Subasio rappresentano inoltre l'occasione per avere una conoscenza approfondita della geomorfologia del monte di Assisi e della sua natura carsica. Scoprire le varie specie faunistiche che popolano il Parco e sono anche un modo per vedere da vicino le emergenze naturalistiche e storico architettoniche del territorio. Complessivamente i sentieri progettati, rivelati e segnalati sono 14 e collegano le varie parti del Parco. Per ogni sentiero sono indicati il dislivello, il chilometraggio e il grado di difficoltà.
